有时很无奈，很沮丧，
觉得自己不是一个好的领袖。
要如何才能像个好领袖呢？
是不是做任何事都会人觉得不好，不对呢？
为什么没有一样事是可以得到任何人的认同的呢？
要怎么才能使到全部人都喜欢呢？
应该很困难吧？！
耶稣做到多好，还是有认定他的罪，
所以是撒旦的诡计吧？
加油吧！靠着那加我力量的凡事都能做！！~~~ :D

Php 4:13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Leadership is not easy to learn, even l also haven't master it. It is really hard to make all members agree with your decision as leader.
From what l learn during studying in UM, the keys to become good leader are be confident on what you make decision and do not take too much consideration from other members, make decision based on what generally members agree. That what l can share!
